TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. OUR PRODUCTS:
1.1. All our flower girl dresses and page boy outfits are made to order, we have very little stock ready to be sold.
1.2. The production time for our flower girl dresses and page boy outfits is between 2-4 weeks, please ensure that you place your order in time.
1.3. We begin with the order once the payment has been made, and reflects into our account.
1.4. Please make sure that your contact details are correct so we can get in touch with you.
2. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:
2.1. The only payment method for online orders accepted is EFT online payment via Yoco or Snapscan
2.2. Payment Options:
2.2.1. Full payment upon receipt of your invoice
2.2.2. 50% deposit payment upon receipt of your invoice, with the balance payable before collection/courier of the items
2.2.3. Should you require your payment to be split into 3 payments, please let us know so we can see how to best assist you.
2.3 No order will leave our studio without payment made in full.
2.4 All bank charges for international orders should be covered by the client / person responsible for the payment. No additional fees are added to our invoice, so kindly make sure to select the correct option when making your payment.
2.5. Should, for whatever reason, your order be incorrect, please notify us within two days of receiving it, and we will get in touch with you to resolve the issue.
2.6. Please check our Measurements Chart to make sure you choose the correct size before placing your order.
2.7. Should you have ordered the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange your product or provide you with a voucher of the same value, but unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
2.8. Should you need a bigger size, please note that you may need to pay an additional amount (this will fall in line with the pricing readily available on the website).
2.9. If you ordered the incorrect size for a custom item, unfortunately we can’t exchange your item and the sale is final.
2.10. We can only process the exchange once the product(s) have been returned to us and is in our possession. The product has to be in the same condition it was in when received, and should not have been worn.
2.11. All exchanges must be made no later than 7 days after placing the order.
2.12. If you need a product exchanged that has to be made up, it will be added to the current production cycle, so please keep this in mind. This means you will possibly wait an additional 2-4 weeks for your order.
3. SIZING:
3.1. Please make sure you refer to our Measurements Chart to choose the correct size to order.

3.2. If you order long in advance, please keep in mind that you may need a different size from date of order to date of function, so order the size you will need for the function date. We can always double check the sizing closer to the date of the event and make adjustments to your order if needed.
3.3. If you are unsure which size to order even after looking at the Measurement Chart, you are welcome to contact us on info@littleflowergirldresses.com / Whatsapp: +27 82 900 8344 so we can assist you with this.
4. SHIPPING AND COLLECTION:
4.1. Please note that the shipping time is not included in the 2-4 weeks production time.
4.2. Little Flower Girl Dresses does not take responsibility for the shipping company once the parcel is in their possession. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can view the progress of the delivery and track your parcel at all times.
4.3. If you require fabric swatches/samples to be couriered for your approval, please note that the shipping costs are not included, and will be added to your invoice.
4.4. All items returned by means of courier is at the expense of the client.
4.5. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.6. Little Flower Girl Dresses does not take responsibility for any lost/damaged or miss-delivered products, or late deliveries.
4.7. Please make sure that your delivery/shipping address is correct. Little Flower Girl Dresses does not take responsibility for delivery an incorrect address provided by the client.
4.8. All collections on appointment only.
5. SWATCHES/SAMPLES, FABRICS AND TRIMS:
5.1. Should you require swatches/samples of fabrics or trims sourcing will only take place once you have placed your order. The sourcing is included in the cost, the shipping is excluded. The shipping cost for the swatches/samples is R80, subject to revision and change before shipping.
5.2. Minimum of three (3) swatches/samples will be sourced, should you require more it will be at an additional cost.
5.3. From time to time Little Flower Girl Dresses may have to substitute a particular flower, ribbon, lace or certain fabrics with an item of similar nature due to availability.
